The OHAIRE Lab at Purdue University is seeking to hire a clinician for an NIH-funded research study. The clinician will conduct clinical assessments with veterans and military members who have self-reported diagnoses of PTSD. The clinician will receive training, monthly supervision, and feedback from an experienced VA psychologist.
This is a paid position with flexible hours, ranging from 2-20 hours per month depending on study enrollment. These hours will be scheduled based on the number of assessments required and the availability of study participants. The study period is currently ongoing and will continue until 2019. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology to receive supervised clinical assessment experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or another related field, and one year of previous clinical experience. Additional experience working with research participants and data management tools (e.g., REDCap) is preferred. Successful candidates will be required to complete and/or maintain ethics training through CITI.
Interested candidates should contact Allison Guffey (email@example.com) with their CV or résumé highlighting relevant experience.
