Project Manager will oversee the day to day tasks of a study funded by the National Institutes of Health to develop and test a telehealth program to engage adult siblings of individuals with autism in family future planning. Serve as the main point of contact for community providers and participants and serve as liaison between participants and investigators. Responsibilities include oversight and preparation of study materials, coordination of data collection, review of data collected to assure integrity and completeness, follow-up with participants regarding missing items or clarification of responses, maintenance of ongoing records of study progress, generation of reports on data collected, supervision of graduate and undergraduate research assistants and updating IRB applications as needed. Ability to provide technological expertise in support of program implementation using video teleconferencing software (e.g. WebEx) is required.
Position is 50% time. Contingent upon external funding. Initial hire term of one year. Required: video teleconferencing software experience / technological expertise, Bachelor's Degree, 1 year of work experience, ability to learn qualitative analytical software (SPSS, NVivo) Preferred: Masters Degree, social science research experience and familiarity with telehealth technology.
