RA Position, Eating & Weight Disorders, Mount Sinai, NYC
The Eating and Weight Disorders Program (EWDP) of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai has an opening for a full-time research assistant to work on an NIDDK-funded study of a smartphone application for patients preparing for weight loss surgery. Primary responsibilities include participant recruitment and screening, data collection/ management, clinical assessment, and administration of assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, or related field, be very detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team setting on multiple concurrent tasks. This position will begin immediately.
